I am a certified nursing assistant/ caregiver . I've worked as a medical assistant as well. I enjoy taking care of others it's my passion. I have a 9 year old daughter , and I also help take care of my mother . I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old . I enjoy working directly with families , rather than an office setting. Care giving works for me because I need flexible schedules because of my child. I am 28 years old and This past summer I took care of a 69 year old woman who is paralyzed on her right side , and wheel chair bound. It was delightful to work with Vickie and her family . I helped. Vickie with bathing , getting dressed , and anything she needed. I also did light cleaning / laundry at her home. We developed a very close relationship. I look forward to continuing my career in caregiving.
