Hello I've recently moved to New York and looking to provide companionship light housekeeping and daily or even care for your loved ones. I've been a chef for the past 25 years and due to unforseen circumstances I'm not able to cook professionally anymore. I'm honest hardworking. Compassionate. And have lots of experience as a home health aid .Taking care of my Mother , grandmother also suffered a stroke and was 86 years old. And my Aunt Pat. I've taken care of multiple tasks within the households cooking , cleaning and providing patience and understanding to each of them . Grocery shopping, Doctor appointments and even time to enjoy a nice walk at times. I enjoy taking care of people and visiting with them. Sometimes a listening ear is all someone needs. I also make sure they are taking their medication as needed. I grew up with my mother being a registered nurse working for nursing homes and I always enjoyed sitting with and talking with the residence . I've assisted with daily routines such as bathing. Making meals and housekeeping while caring for loved ones.
