I am a Certified occupational therapy assistant, I graduated in 1996 from E.C.C north campus and have been employed at the same nursing facility since graduation until Feb of 2015, when a back injury ended my career for the time being. My passion is working with the elderly. I enjoy making a difference in their lives. When my mom became I'll with cancer in 2012 she moved in with me until she passed. I poses what I consider to be loads of knowledge when it comes to the elderly and the assistance they may require. I am unable to perform heavy lifting and transfers, however I would love to be able to engage your loved one in meaningful days. Days that build fun, memories and help maintain the independence they have.
