I have been an at home mom for 25 years. I took care of my two daughters who are now off on their own journeys. I helped them with homework, drove them to all their extra curricular activities. Raised them while my husband traveled a great deal. No family around. I was the quintessential mom raising her family. Took my girls on many field trips with their friends. Drove many miles to doctor visits. Food shopped and prepared meals from scratch every evening and read books before bedtime. Drove them every morning to school and then picked them up in the afternoon. I also own and care for 3 small dogs and a cat who are dear to me, Saw to it that my family was well taken care of and loved.
