I was a physical therapist for 43 years. My favorite work was with the elderly in nursing homes, senior homes and also in their own homes. I enjoy this age group very much.
I have never been a care companion but it sounds like something I would enjoy doing, especially with our older generation.
I am familiar with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimers and Parkinsons as well as others.
I am looking for part time work so that I still have time and energy for my grandaughter.
