Hello, my name is Ashleigh and I am currently a nursing student at Tri-C with four semesters left and will be an STNA by the end of next semester. I am also a caregiver at an Alzheimer's/Dementia facility. I have been there for over a year now and I love it! I personally know what it is like to be on the family end of this disease as well. I took care of my own grandfather till he passed. I believe it takes lots of patience and compassion to help people with dementia and I do everything I can to give my residents the best care..I love them all like they are family! :)
