Kelsea has been with us full-time for the last 3 years. She has always been caring and professional, firm but kind, helpful and instructive. Our boys have been incredibly lucky to have her guidance and love over the time she's been with us - we can definitely see some of her positive influence in them. Kelsea was always responsible and reliable, and I am sure that she will excel in any family. As a working parent, it's never an easy decision to leave your children in the care of someone else. Kelsea made this choice an easy one for us. She looked out for the best interests of our children, she kept their safety and health in mind, and she got them to eat vegetables I never dreamed they would eat :-) Our children have loved every minute with her. I could not recommend her highly enough!

We interviewed Kelsea for a full time Nanny position for our 2 girls. Her communication was professional and prompt. My girls loved meeting her. In the end we decided we lived too far apart for her to take on our job. If you have the opportunity to interview Kelsea, do it! She is great!
