I have a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Kent State and I work at an Adult Day Program for individuals with developmental disabilities in Tallmadge (I have CPR/First aid/AED training plus DODD Med cert 1). I have a basic background check on hand and can obtain a copy of my BCI fingerprint check from my employer. I have experience with profound disabilities all the way up to assisting those with Autism Spectrum Disorders with community integration.
I have worked in group homes, a state in-patient facility, and have provided care for family members at various stages of their lives. I am the mother of a school-aged child so I have experience working with children along with adults.
