I am a mother of 40+ years, a grandmother and great-grandmother. I grew up as the eldest girl in a large family of 11 children, so I helped my mother with most of my brothers and sisters, relating to preparing meals, supervising my siblings, bathing, feeding, changing diapers, playing with them and many other related areas.
I have been a medical assistant for over 15 years in various fields, including family practice that did include care of infants and children. So I am familiar with signs and symptoms of an illness or an emergency. I have recently went part-time with my work in the health care field, but wish to supplement the income and thought child care would be a good start!.
