Hello!

Currently I am a Care provider with the YMCA, in charge of a Before/After school program of up to 30 kids daily (before COVID Times.) I manage the safety of large groups of kids often, and plan a variety of activities in many different subjects. I have arts and crafts supplies collected from working 3 years in childcare. I am 23 years old and I love to work with children.
I have:
Food Handlers License
CPR/First Aid certificates
Numerous certifications in a variety of ChildCare courses. I have a file with all my certifications to show upon interviews.
I would love to help a family with children by providing homework help, art activities, little field trips to the park, Zoo, etc. I also specialize in “Themed Weeks.” For Example; a themed week activity schedule would look like;
Animal Week!
Reading. Facts about many different animals, work together on an animal class matching game
Art day! We could make masks, paintings, paw prints, animal prints in clay
Field Trips to Zoo, or Nature Walks at local parks.

English is my first and only language, I am Conversational in Sign Language and I enjoy teaching the basics to my kiddos at work. Currently I am trying to do both YMCA and nannying, in order to keep my health insurance. But I can adjust my schedule accordingly! And work weekends!
