I have two boys ages 6 and 2.5 and Joslyn is so awesome with them. She follows my directions to a T, is the type of caregiver who sits down on the floor with your child shortly after she walks in the door and she so calm and zen, it's clear she's a seasoned pro. My 6 year old can be quite challenging, but she gives him his space and is able to redirect him so that he's more manageable.

Also, once the kids are down, she folds our laundry with military precision and tidies up the areas she and kids were in. And when we get home, she gives us a very detailed play by play of our children's evening, which is my husband and I's favorite part. The stories she tells from her time with them are endearing and make us feel like we didn't miss anything "important" while we were away.
