I am here searching for an amazing person to support. Here is a bit about my value system and the unique gifts that I bring to my work. My belief is that every person deserves to be respected for the individuals that they are. My approach is to understand who a person is and learn how to get their needs met in the way that works best for them. I do this by being an attentive, present and patient listener and observer. I'm a very open person and always trying to find new ways to better the lives of others. I currently work with amazing seniors whom have various intellectual and or developmental disabilities. I am responsible for all aspects of their daily care.
