In the past, I have helped the youth I worked with develop a voice for themselves and goals for the future as well as serve in a supervisory role for the companies I have worked with. Recently I have continued my path of providing outstanding residential care for seniors with developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilities. Treating others with dignity and respect while supporting them to thrive in their lives on a daily basis.
