Hi, I'm Kiri. My friends and co-workers describe me as a friendly, extremely patient, and empathetic person. My first job ever was as a childcare attendant for an athletic club, after which I became a home caregiver for incredibly wonderful seniors who I enjoyed many good times with. I focused on completing degrees in both Fashion Accessories Design and Industrial Design from 2006-2012, and would like to find the right family to care for again.

I thoroughly enjoy introducing people of all ages to fun and appropriate activities, especially those involving arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, and anything outdoors. I was the oldest of four children and currently have two amazing and creative nieces. We enjoy going on day trips and doing crafty projects like decorating a fairy garden or making Shrinky Dinks! When caring for the elderly, I am very effective at introducing activities such as games, music, or just asking questions to start a nice conversation. I researched senior activities as part of my design capstone with a focus on dementia related needs. It is so rewarding to find the right activity for each unique individual and to see them smile and laugh.
