I work in a retirement community full time. We have secured memory support programming for adults with Alzheimer's and dementia in general. I truly care for seniors and listen, talk, interact, and treat them with respect and care. I work specifically with their exercise programs (most of the residents are 80 and up). I also help with activities, and I've helped in dining as well and ADL's as needed.
