I have been working as a teacher aides in City Kids(a preschool in South Philadelphia) for 2 years. I take care 20 children. all of them are 4 years old. from clean their hands in the bathroom, help them to pee and pup, prepare their lunch with heat it up etc. After that, I stay for extra care until 5 pm. I invite them to play together, watch movie, give them snack etc and I stay with the children from 1-5 years old.
