I graduated from Penn State last May with an undergraduate degree in Geography. Shortly after graduating I obtained my ESL (English as a Second Language) degree from Oxford-Seminars. I love working with kids and have a passion for teaching. I have always found interest in the many different ways in which students learn. My undergraduate studies focused mostly on International student exchange however the idea that each student has their own distinct style of learning is what pushed my interest to discover the many different ways students attain information.

My passion for teaching stems from growing up in a family of educators. I often spend my off days helping my mom in her 5th grade classroom. I have experience working with children from many different educational and geographical backgrounds (taught in South African schools).

I bring a fun, energetic and creative approach to the classroom. I am very patient and always understanding of special needs. I would love the opportunity to work with your child!
