My name is Kelcie. I am from Tunkhannock. I have my bachelors degree in communications from Keystone College. During high school I was a certified lifeguard. I have been certified in CPR, AED, and first aid. During my time there I also taught swim lessons to various aged children. I have work with and around children for awhile now.
