I love the elderly and feel they deserve the utmost respect and care for the remaining years of their life should be filled with assurance that they will be protected. I am concerned for their safety and make an effort to ensure that their needs are met. I have been a companion, shopper, housekeeper and driven them to doctors appointments, pharmacy, etc. I find them interesting and their past history usually has gems of remarkable history. I love to write short stories and poems and have been published in local newspapers from time to time. I feel the elderly have a lot left to share with the world, no matter what their physical or mental condition is and they deserve the best.
