Julia’s Bio
I became certified as a Hospice volunteer in 2014 and spent my senior year of high school volunteering at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Landrum, SC. I have never enjoyed and appreciated something in my life more than visiting and being a companion to the patients at Hospice. I also was a companionship caregiver to the individuals who live at Laurel Woods Assisted Living Home. I left South Carolina to attend The Catholic University of America, where I am majoring in Nursing with a minor in Psychology, in hopes to one day return to Hospice as a nurse. I love serving others, especially in their time of need for love and attention.
