I am a Certified Nurse Assistant and I have been certified for 4 years. I became a caregiver because I love helping those in need and I enjoy learning something from every patient. I love my job as a caregiver because I get the chance to make a difference in someone's life just by being there for them in their time of need. I also enjoy talking to my patients and reassuring them that someone cares about how their day is going or what they may be going through. I believe that every person deserves the best care when needed, and that's why I decided to be a caregiver. I have worked at two long term care facilities and have also done some private duty care. I am highly experienced with assisting up to 16 patients a day with their activities of daily living like bathing, brushing teeth, eating, and bathroom visits etc. Caregiving has always been the center of my life and If I could just help one person from being without care or assistance than I know that I have done my job.
