I had worked at a state facility for four years,in Massachusetts. I worked with all kinds of clients personalities, men, women, old and young. They all had diffrent disabilities,Alzheimer's,Dementia,Parkinson's,Downsyndrom,mentally challenged. I helped with hospice care, medications, meal perp and feedings, showers and dressing, laundry washing, house keeping. Since then I have worked doing in home health care, for a few clients. I would bring them to doctors appointments, out for lunch, shopping ect.
