Crystal’s Bio

I used to work for Florence Nursing Service and Medford Nursing Center. I was a CNA st Medford which is a nursing home. That was honestly my favorite job I’ve ever had. I would much rather work with older people than younger people. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love kids to death, but with an older or elderly person you tend to grow bonds with them and I absolutely love talking with them. You learn so much and the stories that they tell about how things used to be I could sit there for hour just listening because I love it so much . I have lost all of my grandparents due to cancer, and we never sent them to the hospice house, we took care of them ourselves at home where they wanted to be. Fortunately for me one of my grandmas lived with us up until the day she passed. I was only 12 when that happened. She moved in with us when I was 9, so I learned early what it means and how to take it care of someone, whether that be just sitting. watching tv and taking to her, fixing her breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then bathing and getting ready for bed while my parents worked to make sure we were all taken care of. We couldn’t afford somebody to come and stay with my grandma so my sister and I did it ourselves. Her ex husband unfortunately died before I got a chance to know him. And I was very fortunate that both of my other grandparents lived right next door. I was at there house every single day. My grandfather didn’t get sick until I was 18 and my grandma when I was 27. Again they both refused to leave their home. My sister and I again were at their house every single day and a lot of times overnight because again we couldn’t afford someone to come in and help. Then again they didn’t want a stranger taking care of them unless it was their nurse coming to do her check up ignoring them. As I sat there at the ages of 12, 18, and 27 it was the most heartbreaking yet happiest moments of my life. As you see I was holding the hand of all three as they passed away which was the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever had to do, and I did it because I was the one that they asked for to hold their hand because they knew it was their time. I have a lot more to say but not enough room left to say it all. Please email me with any questions you may have, if if you would like for me to finish. My email address is

And don’t worry the hair color is temporary, it comes out. I promise you will not be disappointed in me if you take a chance, hope to hear from
