I’m a Direct Care staff , I’ve work with consumers with disabilities. I have very outstanding abilities to work with others. At my current job, I administer medications, documents it on the computer. I also assist with their showers. I cook meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also clean very well, make up their beds, sweep, mop and wipe down everything. For a clean environment with-in the home. I interact with each consumer, their are 4 consumers in one house. We play games, and I also assist with their daily duties to make sure they are doing their trainings. I have to document everything from medications being administered, trainings being completed such as oral cleaning, every consumer has one training in the house such counting pennies or folding cloths.
