I have a medical background, including two degrees: one in Surgical Technology and one in Healthcare Administration. I have chosen to step away from the 'rat race' and spend my time at a slower pace. I have worked with clients of all ages, including children, developmentally disabled adults, and seniors. I also have experience with assisted living and working with adults with dementia or Alzheimers.

I come from a military family (Air Force) and had a Navy spouse and a Marine son. I have traveled worldwide and love sharing those experiences.

I hold current certifications in OIS (Oregon Intervention Systems) and CPR/First Aid.
