Hello, my name is Amanda Watson and I truly enjoy working with the elderly. Growing up as a child I have always been around the elderly, my grandmother lived with me for about 7 years before she passed, and we had the best time together. After she died I started to volunteer at nursing homes and I enjoyed spending time with them and especially listening to their wisdom. In the past I have cared for 3 elderly people, including blind, a stroke patient, and severely ill. I performed duties such as cleaning the house, preparing meals, bathing, changing diapers, taking them for walks, and doing activities, reading, and talking to them to stimulate their minds.
