I am an experienced nurse with 10+years in healthcare. I have a lot of knowledge of Alzheimer and dementia care needs. I do have home care experience. Among other responsibilities I will observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress. Daily monitoring of glucose levels as well as bowel / bladder function. Ensure all medications are administered in accordance with standard regulations. Effective liaison between patients, nurses, and physicians to address problems requiring immediate and/or long-term resolve.
