I began caregiving 18 years ago for children as well as elderly for an agency in Nashville by the name of Family Care Connection. I began as a nanny and filled a full time position for 2 years until my sweet Eleanor began School. After having the great pleasure of my 10 years as a nanny I thought I'd enjoy caregiving for elderly needing basic everyday help around their home, outings, Drs. Visits etc. I absolutely loved my jobs in this area!!! I love children, I have 5 daughters although, caring for elderly I truly have enjoyed!!! Not to say being a nanny didn't catch my heart because Lord knows it truly did!!!! I simply enjoyed the company of the men and women who enjoyed my help and company alike!! Its always been gratifying to me and have simply always had a soft spot for Sweet aging folks :). Yes, indeed I there were some who weren't so sweet but a little more onry than others but, I got a kick of laughter and enjoyed helping them just the same as any of the sweeter ones. ;)) I took care of my mother in law for 3 years before she passed.
I have nannyed for newborns 1,2 and 3 at a time triplets until they were 7 years old. I Nannyed in the evenings for the Nashville Predators children during the games at the home games at the Arena

I've nannyed at hospitals such as St. Thomas in emergency situations .....
I LOVE "fur babies" of all kinds.
I just truly love to give a hand in anyway I can that's useful to others! That truly makes me happy!!!! To me, it's truly fulfilling to be needed and to be able to provide help to someone's needs!!!
