I've was in healthcare for 10 years. First as an EMT right out of high school then went on the be a CNA for 9 years. As a CNA I worked with adults/young adults with profound developmental disabilities that required total care. After that I worked on a orthopedic/trauma unit as a Lead CNA and new employee preceptor. I also spent a litttle time works on a cardiac unit.
