Hello, my name is Sherri Tidwell. I currently live in Nunnelly, TN next to Dickson, TN but may be relocating to New Johnsonville, TN, so I am looking for work in any of those cities, as well as Camden.

Most children, animals and elderly people like me because I am petite and soft-spoken, which makes me a very non-threatening type of personality for them to be around. I have worked as a sitter for the elderly before, and I was also a hospitality aide in a nursing home. I have worked with children as a substitute teacher and as a children's photographer for 5 years. If you are looking for a pet sitter, I am definitely great with animals and have had pets all my life. I currently have 4 dogs and 2 cats.

I am well-educated with a B.A. in both communication arts and studio arts. I currently am attending the Institute of Children's Literature and write and illustrate children's books in my spare time.

My availability is mostly limited to weekends only, but I would be available in true emergencies at any time. Please allow me to explain. I currently work from home at a full-time job in which I am an instructional designer for a marketing company. This is a 40-60 hour a week job done entirely online. I am not allowed to set my own hours though and do need to be available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to be online on my computer and with my phone nearby. Therefore, my only availability is on weekends. However, if there were a true emergency where you just needed someone physically present and where it would be okay with you if I worked on my computer or phone at the same time, I could do my work from your home as well. Of course, that's not an ideal situation, but if you were truly in a bind, I could do that.
