I have to admit that when I first saw Julia's name on the list of applicants to care for my mother-in-law (MIL) I was hesitant. I couldn't imagine what a 23 year-old would have in common with my 76 year-old terminally ill MIL. I was very wrong. Julia was one of the greatest blessings to my MIL and our whole family in her final days and I would wholeheartedly recommend her for any caregiver position she pursues! Julia showed up early every day, left late and was there every time and she did a great job helping my MIL with her daily needs. She was honest, hard-working and I would trust her with anything. If you're searching for a caregiver, you'll soon learn that those traits are hard to come by, particularly finding someone you can depend on that actually cares about the well-being of your family member.
