My name is Amy Tallent. I'm 45 years old and mom of three beautiful boys. I have a a degree in English, but have spent most of my adult life as a personal trainer and yoga instructor. I owned a yoga studio for a couple of years, but closed it to give more to my family. I have cared for many people in my life. My mom, who has multiple sclerosis, my sister and dad who both had cancer and passed away from it's devastating effects, and my grandmother who has Dementia and Alzheimer's. My heart is compassionate and I'm thankful for that gift.
