I have been certified as a CNA in the state of Missouri but my certification expired after I welcomed my son into the world. I spent most of my life caring for my grandparents as their health declined, eventually moving in with them in the end of their days. I made all meals, did laundry, assisted with activities such as showers, dressing, and basic living in their household.
I have a passion for the elderly. Their some of our wisest members in our population and they've seen more in their lives than anyone else. I believe companion care is important because it gives the elderly a friend, someone to look forward to seeing, and someone to share their lives with.
