My name is Lauren Lawrence I come from a multitude of nurses and healthcare professionals however I guess my passion started when I was like 10 years old when I saw my aunt and uncle get into a very bad car accident which almost ended with both of them dying then when my grandparents got old and very sick I said I hope if I even get to make it to their age I hope I get the same respect they do I started when I was like 7-9 in a mentally challenged group home then worked in my parents hospital where they worked as RN's for about 40 + years then went into private homes then nursing homes now want to go back into private homes when I saw 2 of my best friends die I fell to pieces and said this is where my heart lies with the elderly and young babies and children I am getting ready to try for my state certification the only way I will fail is if I get too nervous when test day comes I have test anxiety especially when being timed but I will give it my best you all even if I don't pass I guarantee I will still be your best candidate most of the job requires common sense and a loving heart u either love this work or you don't it's demanding but rewarding and this is the path God has chosen to put me on if he says it's right and I get butterflies in my stomach then I know it's all right in my book thanks for listening
