• I performed significant educational, vocational, and volunteer experience that provided direct care for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • I worked with the residents to maintain a safe, attractive, and sanitary household. • I assisted the residents with preparing meals, household chores, proper financial responsibility, and provided reminders to mind personal belongings. • I supervised medication consumption of the residents and completed the required paperwork consisting of incident reports, observation notes, bed counts, medication sheets, and inventory logs. • My colleagues and I brainstormed to provide additional educational and recreational activities for the residents during the weekends.
