I would give her a zero if I could. We confirmed 3 hours prior. She didn’t show up or call to cancel. I texted and called with no response. Very inconsiderate and irresponsible.

Our kids love having Veronica around after school. She helps them with their homework and some how, magically, has figured out a way to get them to actually clean their rooms. We refer to her as our own personal Mary Poppins. She is patient with the kids while still getting them to listen and has their respect. She is also great about communication. She actively lets us know what is going on through the day, which is always nice. She is always early, and she can be counted on, even on short notice. We don't know what we would do without her.
