I have been a certified nurses aide for 34 years I have done staffing ordered medical supplies and have also managed a assisted-living I was in charge of putting all the charts together ordering all medication also doing all staffing and training of caregivers The care that I give is just like getting up in the morning brushing my teeth it’s just what I do I have a overwhelming passion and love for the elderly its hard to explain it is just part of my life I have took care of more than thelderly I have took care of children middle-age the patient care is what I have such respect for when people tell you to find a job that you love I can honestly say that I know without a doubt certified nursing assistant is my calling I tell the girls that I’ve trained in the past or work with that we are the voice for those people that cannot speak for them selves
