We liked Caitlin a lot, but she was a no show on her first day. No call, no text... just left us stranded and now searching again for a good nanny. From her babysitting reviews, it appears that she’s hit or miss. Has the potential to be great, but if she’s not up for it, she bails. So my recommendation is to have a back-up plan!
I tried contacting and communicating with her a few times, she has never answered my questions properly, nor returned any of my phone calls.
Caitlin was very good at following up and confirming the appointment time and all of the details to make sure we were on the same page. She showed enthusiasm about being with my children and I felt very comfortable leaving her with them. You can tell she is a very consciencious and really wants to make sure she is doing a good job. Very hard worker! I am absolutely having her back and would recommend her to anyone.
We arrange to meet on two separate occasions, for initial interview. All verified clearly thru text confirmation. Still she acted as if we did not? Needless to say we passed on the likelihood on future problems.
Caitlin was absolutely wonderful with my son, even brought crafts to entertain him. She kept the house in order and was flexible with her time. I would definitely recommend her and use her again!
Caitlin is a wonderful young lady. Her eagerness to go the extra mile is admirable. Very understanding young lady with wondrous manners and a pleasant nature. She would be a great addition to any household.
