I love being a caregiver because I was able to stay home and care for my grandma.She suffered from dementia and had to have a leg amputated due to diabetes .She raised me and I have a great respect for my elders.I prepared all her meals according to doctors orders.I also administered her medication and did all the cleaning.I would love an opportunity to care for someone in a home setting as it was very important to me that my grandma was able to stay in her home.
