To whom it may concern,
Lezlie Rigler was a care giver for my family from 2009 to 2015 she helped us with my great grandmother for 2 1/2 years with 3 to 4 24 hrs. shifts a week then my grandfather for 1 1/2 years working 12 hr. shifts then my father for about 2 years on and off between his stay at a rehab. center.
During her stay with them she was always very responsible an always on time. Lezlie is a hard worker and always completed all tasks she was asked to do. I was very honored to have her part of are family during the six years she was with us. When ever she needed time off she always made sure it was scheduled in advance and made sure she had it covered by co-workers or other family members. She would always make sure that she kept them busy by doing crafts, playing cards and other games, taking them for walks or other outdoor activities, planting flowers and helping in the yard. She never let them just watch t.v. all day which could be very challenging at times with my grandfather because of his stubbornness and attitude. She took the initative to do extra exercises with them and would even take my dad to the pool to swim because he was paralyzed and this helped with his leg exercises. She would go the extra mile to ensure no messes were left and the house was always clean she did the laundry and even cleaned the windows. I would highly recommend her for this job.
