Britta’s Bio
I am a great person to talk with, After 15+ years as a hairdresser and cosmetology instructor, I can get on well with pretty much anyone. I enjoy to cook, mostly Italian and Greek food, but also bake bread and other goodies. I can prepare/prep home-cooked meals while caring for people. I am also an avid animal lover, I have a cat and corgi dog of my own. Dog can visit too, if people like the interaction. I think it does a person good to have a bit of snuggles and pets with an animal friend too! I also believe that art is good for the soul, and would be very happy to instruct or facilitate art projects of appropriate levels to my clients. I am a great person to read books out loud, and can discuss pretty much any subject. I am very used to interacting with senior citizens, and genuinely value each person I have served. I have excellent listening and communication skills, and a great bedside manner. I make sure that people feel well respected and dignified at all times, even if things are not going well for them that day.
