In 2012, I graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I began my career working in a Critical Care unit as a telemetry nurse at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tn. I have acquired multiple skills that have enabled my critical thinking abilities to flourish. I am currently working as a Labor and Delivery nurse in order to gain experience in a variety of clinical settings. My goal is to continue my education by obtaining my Master’s degree to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. My educational background in nursing, along with my professional experience, makes me an excellent candidate for this position.
