I am a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). I have been working in this field since I got out of high school going on 3 years now. Most of my care has been with the elderly in retirement homes and nursing homes however, while I was in school, I trained at head-start and preschool with children. I also volunteered at a clinic where I had experience with people from young to old. I would consider myself a very caring, generous, patient and thoughtful person. In all my experience I have learned that you have to take your time to figure out what a person needs and you have to develop the empathy for them and put yourself in their shoes. We come across all people in different walks of life and I feel that my heart is what makes people be able to trust me along with my positive personality. I have done everything from bathing, toileting, feeding, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and vital signs. I am always looking to learn and experience new things. I work really hard and I am very reliable. This would be a nice fit for me!
