Hello, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and a US citizen who has immigrated from the Philippines. I have 12 years experience in adult and senior care. My care has included patients with many kinds of physical and mental impairments. I can evaluate an individuals needs and create a care plan just for them. My experience has been primarily with elders who have alzheimer’s and dementia. I’m passionate and committed in making all my patients safe and as comfortable as they can possibly be, enriching their life in anyway I can. You can count on me to be dependable, reliable, compassionate and caring. Here are the list of my day-to-day responsibilities;

- Monitor Vital signs - BP, Temperature, Heart/Pulse rate, Respiration rate and recorded daily;

- Monitor and record diabetic patient glucous level and administer insulin subcutaneously as per physician order;

-Administer oral medication as prescribe by the physician and refill when needed;

- Give shower as schedule to ambulatory and total care patient;

- Change diapers for incontinent patient and turning every 2 hours to prevent pressure sores or Perineal cleaning for each incontinent episode;

- Dressing and Grooming, assisting with Oral Hygiene, Nail and Ear care, and giving them a haircut when needed;

- Meal Preparations and feeding each meal for total patient;

- Assisting to bathroom for ambulatory patient and walking exercises;

- Physical Therapy including walking, Range of Motion of arms and legs abduction, adduction etc. ten times each cycle;

- Mental Stimulation to include but not limited to conversation, reading etc.;

- Transport and accompany to their Doctor's appointment or visit when needed; 

- Always ON CALL when no one can work and being flexible with my hours all the time.
