Hello, My name is Janet and I have such a soft spot in my heart for the elderly. I have been a extremely dedicated caregiver for over 4 years caring for my Aunts Mother, who is 95 years old. Also fulltime for an Elderly couple for 2 years. The wife had dementia as well as Alzheimer's and I had to give her my undivided attention each day as she wandered easily and just recently (July) was laid off as Mrs. Lynch was rapidly becoming worse and the family decided to place her into Assisted living facility for round the clock care. I love the elderly and helping them cope through the aging process. I treat my patients with the same tender loving care, that I pray my Grandmother received in Nursing Home in Florida. I am available immediately to start this position for any shift with no restrictions to my schedule. I currently am not certified as a GNA, but, I am more than willing to work towards that designation. I just recently moved from Southern Maryland here to Mechanicsville Virginia to help my parents so I am really excited to find new patients.
