Hi! My name is Amy and I've been working with individuals with disabilities about 5 years now. I have a 5 year old son who has a physical disability called spinal muscular atrophy. He is in a wheelchair and has very poor muscle strength. He requires help with a feeding tube, toileting, showering, wheelchair transfers, cough assist machine, percussion vests, and bipap machine.

For the last year I have been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and having been trained in all aspects of understanding. I have my food handlers permit, NAR, first aid/cpr, HIV BB/pathogens many more certifications in dealing with persons with developmental disabilities.

I went to college for my Medical receptionist certification. And have taken many courses related to the medical field. I really enjoy taking care of people who need it. I am very passionate, and understanding.
