I love knowing the fact that I'm making a difference in an elder life, who has lived a long life and now needs help. I love hearing about their lives and experiences, it feels my heart with warmth went I bring their spirits up and make them smile. When caring for someone with an illness or disease I remember to not take anything personal that it's the illness causing them to act that way, and to just show endless kindness and patience.
