Terri’s Bio
My experience is assisting in house keeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, taking out the garbage, bill paying, running errands and helping with daily tasks that have gotten to difficult to do. I am also able to help with meal preparation and grocery shopping. I have a back ground in pharmacy so I feel comfortable with going to the pharmacy to pick up medications and ensuring that meds ares are taken daily.
I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years (5 years in retail pharmacy & 6 years in long term care pharmacy plus 4 years at Wenatchee Valley Clinic) and I have been a care companion for a year now. I enjoy working with the elderly and hearing the great stories they have to tell. I have have learned so much from my current client and I have developed a wonderful friendship with him and my elderly customers in pharmacy.
After working in long term care pharmacy I really saw the need for caring individuals to work with the elderly. Helping people and making sure that they are well cared for has become very important to me.
