I currently work as a caregiver in a CBRF (community based residential facility )
I deal specifically with people who have cognitive and physical disabilities. I have worked with children as well. I absolutely LOVE my line of work. To me it is more than just a job. The people I care for become a sort of family to me. I take the time to learn how each person ticks. I learn likes and dislikes. This gives me the opportunity to provide the best care I can possibly give. I am Med trained/state certified. I do not have a CNA but I possess the knowledge of one.
