I've grew up with registered nurses and LPNS as my grandmother, mom and sister are in the medical field. I've watched them care for many people and have picked up on a lot of their routines. I like to think nursing runs through our blood as we have a large history of nurses and people in the medical field in general. I do have experience caring for elderly people with dementia and Alzheimer's, as well as experience with people who have autism, Down syndrome, etc.
